The hotel had a great location near restaurants and amenities. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed and a large bathroom. Staff provided a free upgrade due to a special occasion, greatly appreciated. The central location gave easy access to the best restaurants.

The location is central. It is very close to shops and restaurants. Bus stop 3 is also nearby for tours. The shower room featured Molton Brown products. The reception staff was helpful (i really appreciated their assistance).
The room felt quite cool. Heat came mostly from the towel warmer in the bathroom.
